The most useful language app for the iPhone
Ive been using a number of iPhone apps to help me learn Italian. By far the most useful and effective is Collins Pro. The dictionary is quite large: Ive only been unable to find one or two obscure words since Ive been using it. The at-a-glance conjugation tables are fantastic. And when I was learning numbers, the quick number pad was a brilliant help.
The best thing about Collins Pro, though, is the huge number of usage examples listed for most words. Almost every time I use it, I learn a lot more than I set out to learn. And to top it off is the ability to tap a word on a definition page and be taken to its definition or conjugation--and come right back with the browser-like "back" button.
I use this app every day. Its worth more than I paid for it.
